Treasure Hunt Option

Always a big hit, whichever persona is chosen.

  • Pirate
  • Explorer
  • Hawaiian
  • The following is a brief (and somewhat abridged) explanation of our wonderful Treasure Hunt.

Remember, the different costumes/personas are shown here because the treasure hunt works beautifully with all of them.

At the end of the show, the kids are told that Marcus found something special while setting up for the show. “I’m not not sure, but I think this might be a clue to a treasure hunt.

All those that want to be part of the treasure hunt come over here.” We get our crew of Treasure Hunters assembled.

One clue leads to the next clue. Each time one of our junior treasure seekers discovers a new clue, they excitedly brings it back to have the group solve its meaning. This leads to the next clue, and the next.

The final clue is a skeleton key that leads to our wonderfully period chest. Complete with antique style padlock.

The entire crews helps bring the chest out into the open (where the adults can watch the fun).

Our elected child Treasure Hunt Captain uses the skeleton key to open the lock. Throws off the lock. The lid flys open and our treasure hunters go wild!

What a great treasure hunt!! Three cheers for our great Treasure Hunt Captain. Hip, Hip Horrayyy...

Wow, look what I got in the Treasure Chest!
