	Featured Artist #1: Occassionally you meet a person who impresses you in a short period of time. This is the case with this artist. We have had the honor and great fun of performing at the “Tall Ships Festival” at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point. A wonderful event for anyone interested in the period of “wooden ships and iron men”..

At the 2004 Tall Ships Festival we met a young lady, by the name of Tracy Kirby, who works onboard the tall ships of the Ocean Institute.
